Blackjack Switch Simulator

One of the key differences between blackjack switch and classic blackjack is the number of cards. You have to play 312 cards; these are six decks of 52 cards each. Initially, the dealer shuffles the deck, after which he invites the player to cut the deck of cards. Then the game starts.

We draw the player's attention to the fact that the cards from 2 to 10 correspond to their denominations (you get from 2 to 10 points, respectively). King, Queen and Jack are of ten points value. Ace in Switch is worth either 11 or 1 point, as the player decides. If Ace equals 11, then this hand is considered soft in the game; if it is 1 point, then it is a hard hand.

As soon as the deal is ordered, the dealer deals 4 cards face up and takes one card for himself. You can get a blackjack combination only at the beginning of the game, provided that you get 2 cards which in total give 21 points.

A few words about the super match. In fact, this is the most common bet that you make with the dealer. The essence of the bet is simple: the layout of the first black cards must be four of a kind, three of a kind, two pairs or a pair. Winnings in this bet are very interesting:

  • The casino will pay 40 to 1 for four of a kind;
  • For two pairs, the casino pays 8 to 1;
  • Casino pays 5 to 1 for three of a kind;
  • And for one pair it pays 1 to 1.

If you have chosen a super match and failed to score any of the combinations listed above, then you lose and your bet goes to the casino. As in classic blackjack, you can insure your bet.

What is Switch?

Why switch? It is the name of the player's key advantage: the ability to swap the top two cards in hand and, thus, get a more profitable combination. You can use the switch option several times until you make another move. The casino will pay out for blackjack only after the end of the game, because during the game the player has the opportunity to split the cards or make a switch.

How to split?

In blackjack switch, it is possible to split the first pair into two “autonomous hands”. You will have to make another bet that equals in amount to the initial bet. Two-handed play will have certain differences from the usual one: you cannot split the cards again, even if you get a pair again. For each ace, the dealer will deal only one card, and if you get 21 points while playing 2 hands, it will no longer be considered a blackjack.

What about the dealer?

In blackjack switch, the dealer does not stop at 17 and draws another card. If the dealer has a blackjack combination, then insurance (half of the bet) is paid out 2 to 1. Insurance is not paid out if the dealer does not have a blackjack. If the croupier busts, the player wins, the winning ratio is 1 to 1. But if the croupier has collected only 22 points, then the bet does not win.
